RecyCold® cool pack

RecyCold® cool pack: the water-based cool gel keeps products cool during unconditioned transportation

RecyCold® cool packs are made especially for products that need to be kept chilled during unconditioned transportation. They are available in a range of sizes and weights.

Recyclable RecyCold® cool packs keep temperatures consistently low

RecyCold® cool packs have a freezing point of -2 °C and can keep temperatures constant between 2 and 8 °C and between -2 and -5 °C. Both the product and ink are suitable for indirect contact with food products.

The RecyCold® cool pack is sustainable

The paper cool pack can be reused by consumers, or the contents can be poured away down the drain, in the garden or in the food waste bin. After throwing away the contents, the paper bag can be processed as part of the regular recycling stream.

The biodegradable cool gel in the cool packs can be poured away down the drain, in the garden or in the food waste bin.

The RecyCold® cool pack is available in 100, 200, 400, 500 and 600 gr size.

How many climaliners and cool packs do you need?

This table shows the number of RecyCold® cool packs and RecyCold® climalinersTM needed in different conditions. This depends on the one hand on the duration of the transportation: 8, 24, 36 or 48 hours. And on the other hand on the outside temperature.
