The ZeroTape® dispenser system prevents wrist, arm and shoulder problems

In combination with the special ergonomic dispenser, ZeroTape® ensures a much better position and movement for the wrist in particular. This results in a reduction in strain on the wrist, arm and shoulder of no less than 75%, as well as a reduction in muscle activity of 25%. This means not just packaging convenience but also prevention of injuries and sick leave.

Less roll changes

Fewer roll changes as rolls are one and a half times the length

ZeroTape® is a high-quality tape with an especially small core at just 38 mm wide. On the standard ZeroTape® rolls, a roll can contain up to 150 metres of tape, in comparison with the usual 66 metres. For the new, wider 72 mm rolls, there are 100 metres of tape on a roll. So the ergonomic ZeroTape® dispenser is loaded with more than twice as much tape. This not only more than halves the number of roll changes, but also reduces storage space and waste.

Less CO₂

Production of ZeroTape® is CO₂ neutral

ZeroTape® contributes to making your packaging process more sustainable. Because the special small 38 mm cores are reusable, and production of ZeroTape® is climate neutral.
